Master Franchise Application Process

Step 01 ➤

Select a region / country that is available. Complete the Master Franchise Application Forms.

Step 02 ➤

Have a full discussion about business plans to launch new shops at the region/country.

Step 03 ➤

Create a Business Operations Plan.

Step 04 ➤

Review the contract. Sign the Letter of Intent and the Headquarters will send personnel to conduct a site visit.

Step 05 ➤

Sign the contract. Pay the deposit and franchise fees.

Step 06 ➤

Train the staff and select the site to launch the first shop.

Step 07 ➤

Design the shop’s interior and menu and plan a grand opening event.

Step 08 ➤

Prepare promotion materials for the opening ceremony, start shop’s interior construction, and purchase equipment and ingredients.

Step 09 ➤

Assess staff training and education, check construction quality, and position all equipment and ingredients.

Step 10 ➤

Conduct pre-opening trial sale. Grand opening!

Step 11 ➤

The Master Franchisee sets up an office and begins to recruit franchisees.
